How do you return an item?
If your purchase doesn’t fit or isn’t to your taste, you are welcome to return it. You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel or from when it arrives at your chosen service point.
How to return an item:
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order at the relevant online brand shop and return the unwanted item(s) separately.
You can use the same shipping method as your original delivery or choose another shipping provider. However, return costs and risks are your responsibility.
We recommend using an international shipping company like DHL or FedEx to ensure full tracking of your parcel.
Keep your proof of return, as we can only track the parcel with this documentation. We are unable to process a refund unless the item has been received at our warehouse.

Can I exchange an item for another color or size?
If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order at bonaparteshop.com and return the unwanted item(s) to us. This ensures that you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
If you used a discount code on your original order, the discount applies only to that purchase. If you return an item, the discount will not be reapplied to the remaining items or transferred to a new order.
Do I have to pay shipping again if I reorder a different size?
Yes, standard shipping fees apply to your new order. If you are returning an item from a larger order and have questions about shipping costs, please contact our customer service team at cs-en@bonaparteshop.com.

How long can I return a Christmas gift?
